Introduction to
Crystal Nature panels

Crystal Nature panels are a unique and innovative product on the market. Install the external panel (picture 2, picture 3) on the southern side of the building. The frame of the external panel has four pre-drilled holes with a diameter of 9mm for further mounting on the building facade. Further installation depends on the construction conditions (roof type, facade type, insulation thickness, and final finishing).

On the back of the large external panel, three holes with a diameter of 4mm are provided for inserting the optical cable.

The optical cable is directed to the 4mm hole on the small panel and sealed with epoxy resin. The internal panel (picture 4) has four pre-drilled holes, allowing it to be fastened to the metal reinforcement in the foundations using cable ties. A copper wire is located on the internal panel and is wrapped around the reinforcement.

Each output of the large panel is sequentially connected to five internal panels (200x300mm). The connection is sealed with epoxy resin and left to dry. The drying speed depends on the type of epoxy resin and the air temperature (at higher temperatures, the resin dries faster).

Optical cables (picture 1) must be threaded through a 10mm diameter conduit before being inserted into the panels. Before insertion, the optical cable must be stripped to ensure the optical fiber makes direct contact with the crystal mixture inside the panel.

The length of the optical cable and the arrangement of the panels depend on the room layout. One internal panel is designed for 15m². Internal panels are arranged at every 15m².
